We work very closely with a new established event called Trouble Vision at Corsica Studios (London), which is organized every two months. The event’s aim is to mix headliners and up and coming artists, to help the latter become further established and experienced. The music ranges from Techno, Swing, House, Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Disco etc. One of our latest projects is ‘Dub n Bass’, which is orientated around music influenced by Dub, Roots and Reggae, specifically Dubstep and Jungle. This is located in Norwich, and we are currently re-locating venue...
Finally, we are coordinating yet another project, 'Dubscover' and 'Techscover' in London, which is a free night every second Friday of month @ Gramaphone London. This is to help promote un-discovered talent in dubstep and techno...
Training and Workshops
by ian on april 26, 2009
It's not just about playing and organising it's also about passing on the skills and technical abilities to the new generation. Many advances have been made over the last 10-15 years not least being the introduction of digital recording. These advances have made it possible for so many to experiment with sound and create new genres and tastes of music. The tools to do this are readily available but, as with anything, the process of learning and becoming technically proficient is a long and sometimes frustrating one. This is where we excel!!
Workshops are always welcomed by thirsty novicesand can be a source of inspiration! We have the knowledge to teach a wide variety of skills and techniques to those desrving to hone their own. From 24 track studio based consoles to the popular workstations that are available on the market we can satisfy every need. So look out for further information on where and when these will happen

‘Techscover’ involves no pressure on your pockets, by offering FREE entry all night! We all know about the current economic climate, so, we believe that FREE nights are a good option for you! Also, for the first lucky 25 people through the door there will be a free jelly shot waiting for you, and there will be more free drinks, sweets and freebies throughout the night.
Many events primarily focus on established artists; instead, we concentrate on fresh undiscovered artists. Our primary objective is to showcase new talent to different promoters, record labels, managers and most importantly you, the general public.
We are finding fresh talented artists who are under the radar, and creating a space where you can discover them. At every event each artist has 1 hour to perform, and a further 20 minutes to help you to decide who is the best! All you have to do is scream and shout for your favourite artist!!!
The night will be kicking off at 8pm downstairs; however, if you want to grab something to eat there is a brilliant Thai restaurant upstairs that serves food all day till 10pm.
The sound system is big, fat, heavy and ready for some low frequencies!
£2 for a Stella bottle before 11pm, and £3.10 on all pints, all night.
Closest tube is Aldgate East and Liverpool Street...

+ Karina - 'Dark and mysterious rhythms'

+ Monchhichi Boys - 'Playful juggling beats'
http://www.myspace.com/3monchhichiboys
The Monchhchi Boys were born in early 2008 after the request of playing together at the opening party of the now infamous Genau.25 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Having done things on their own, they now found each other in the city of London and decided to synergise. This was so successful that they became Genau's residents and played at all the numerous random parties through the year.
In London, they are also residents at the Codekontrol Crew, Minimal Lounge… Having introduced themselves with a charismatic set at one of London's most authentic warehouse parties, Lo*Kee's Sunday Special, the Monchhichi Boys have also been requested as their residents. The boys were more than delighted to be a part of this hedonistic happening, which occurs every second Sunday at The Candy Factory.
Currently it's really kicking off for them after CJ Gulli, head honcho at Codekontrol Crew requested their management of the brand new created sub label. Hence forth, Picknik Recordings was emerged and the boys are excited about what to come with a hectic schedule from various labels that will keep them busy in the production studio. While producing they want to catch the feeling from their sets, bursting positive energy with a bohemian beat.
Throughout their sets, they captivate the crowd with a hypnotic groove. If you are lucky, a sudden transpiration of an eccentric techno tune appears. After that, you can expect them to drop anything: from cheesy house to an extract from buddha bar or a strange ethnic groove. Although their main thing is to keep the beat steady and full of rolling bass lines, cut up vocals, shuffled hi hats and irregular percussions for an unbelievable Funky-Minimal set.
+ Nisekay - 'Warehouse-style techno'
http://www.myspace.com/nisekay
http://www.myspace.com/lokeemusic
Influenced by his early experiences with Goa's psychadelic trance parties and the techno/house of Ibiza, he was struck by a love for underground electronic music.
Through friendships forged on dancefloors the world over, he established himself in London with involvement in Secret Sundaze and Mulletover.
In May 2008, he rented a warehouse unit in East London with the sole purpose of holding his own parties in his living room. lo*kee was born. His kitchen became the bar and over the next year some of the biggest names in the underground scene graced his decks. With the help of an ever growing techno circus, he is now running lo*kee in a number of secret East London locations.
This commitment has led to his growing infamy on the underground scene and has seen him fast become a feature on some of the best line ups - from organising and playing at an official Fabric after party with Craig Richards, to going back to his roots with long time allies at Birmingham's Below. His DJ style can best be described as Techno.
With a near addiction to finding those hard found records and a strong belief in experimental style, his sets often feature tracks from all walks of the genre. No smooth journeys or epic voyages. It is music designed to make you dance.
